    We have a standard 3 bed Semi-D.

The bathroom needs to be ripped out and refitted.

Remove existing shower, bath, toilet and sink.
Remove tiles on walls and floor.
Fit new bath/shower unit (incl a new pump).
Fit new toilet and sink and bathroom storage units.
    Tile the walls and floor.

We can not do this work ourselves and I dont know the best approach to getting the work done.

Hire a plumber and tiler seperatly and get them to remove existing and to fit units/tiles that we purchase?
    Or...
Get a 'bathroom renovator' to do this work for us.

Any ball park figures for how much this would cost?
