Hi all! We have been experiencing an issue on site where threads have been missing the latest postings. The platform host Vanilla are working on this issue. A workaround that has been used by some is to navigate back from 1 to 10+ pages to re-sync the thread and this will then show the latest posts. Thanks, Mike.

Can anyone define for me the term "Prescriptive Right of Way" and the length of time the way needs to be held by the current property owner
and confirm if such a right would exist between 2 neighbours where 1 neighbour became the deed holder 1 year ago through inheritance (having not lived in the property themselves) and the other neighbour being a deedholder for the past 7 years.

    purely hypothetical situation

Hypothetical my ass. You are simply restating your other thread (which Seamus locked) in such a manner as to circumvent the charter.

Thread locked. User infracted & banned.
