    Hey, it's definitely Friday alright.

Busy with work at the moment (writing) but this evening I am gonna kick back and drink a lot of beer and listen to a lot of heavy, loud music....:D

    What about yourself? Any plans?

Me? Well its probably a sofa n wine night tonight!

Will definitely be allocating a large part of the weekend to sleeping!! :-)

Hopefully heading for the Clarence tomorrow night and spend all day Sunday recovering and thats about!

Fri - eat, sofa, drink, drink, sleep
Sat - sleep, eat, drink, eat, pub, drink, drink, drink, sleep
Sun - sleep, sleep, eat, sofa, eat, eat, sleep.

I might do something spontaneous & entirely different, but the odds on that happening are fairly high!

Enjoy it then. I have another reason to celebrate as I got my offer in the post from the CAO. Going back to college as a MS, looking forward to it. Gonna reply online. Have a good one.

    Hey Denman!

Well done. Where ya going and what ya doin?

Well I am going to be based in Sligo, going to IT Sligo. Doing the Hons Degree, Performing Arts. Worked in (and currently still am) in Film/TV and now I need the educational qualification to go with it. Big plans I have, and this is one of them.

Nothing major planned but now I have to go and buy a crunchie. Which is as good as start to the weekend as any I suppose!

I think I'm going to make a phone call to the husband and see if he wants to see the African drum band at McGarrigle's tonight.

It might be the last thing we do, since we're going shooting at Lough Bo tomorrow (and I'm taking this in a totally competitive spirit, I might shoot Mr Xiney in the leg if he's killing more clay pigeons than I am*)

Then Sunday... probably relax a bit before going to work :)

*This is obviously not true since I adore my little love monkey

    He does not like wedgies.

Did he seem a bit diva-like? I saw him in the Garavogue/Left Bank (one of them) and he was fairly up his own a*rse.

you'll all be happy to hear (I'm sure) that I did not shoot my husband in the leg.

That said, I also only got 3 clay pigeons out of 15. If I was responsible for going out and killing dinner, we'd have starved :(

  • Registered Users Posts: 7,589 ✭✭✭Hail 2 Da Chimp

Well seeing as you only shot 3 clap pigeons and you didn't shoot Mr Xiney, then he must have shot less than you...

Ah, so that was you who was hugging him all night!

    It was good.
    Big crowd at it.

Mr Xiney got way more pigeons than I did.

Unfortunately there were too many witnesses :(

You need to shout "he's coming right for me" right before you pull the trigger ;)
