I brought Young back into my squad this week and originally I wasn't planning on playing him. Chelseas injuries and Villas recent good record against Chelsea have forced me to change my mind though.

Skrtel gets benched, A Young starts.

I have been struggling with that decision for a few hours The likes of Terry and Alex, while injured, are expected to be fit again for Sunday according to Physio Room.

The way I see it is that if it was a full strenght Chelsea team, I would have considered benching all but one Villa player. If I was certain that there were going to be missing half the team, I would have gone with all three Villa players in my squad. Playing two is as much as a gamble I am going to take Too late now anyway stupid drink!!

Today was a disaster, Zaki as captain has not gone well.

I'd have been equally screwed if i'd have picked Ade anyway.
I was also considering captaining Defoe, he'll probably get a hatrick tomorrow.

And the late goal Wigan conceded meant no clean sheet points.

Awesome stuff! 63 points which I believe is my best week yet. My decision to have Defoe as captain paid off big time and Ireland chipping in with a goal helped me too. I missed out on a few points by not playing Cech in goal but overall I'm very happy.
