No. he needs to be on for the 60.

It only works well when you're player goes off after the 60 mark, with no goals being conceded, and then the team concedes. You get the clean sheet, but every other def. (still on the park) doesn't.

I would've loved to have brought Rooney in, but it would've been too many transfers. Goal, 2 assists, undoubtedly the three bonus points. At least Ronaldo bagged one for me.

Any opinions on Ronaldo at the moment, know he scored today but for his price, not sure he offers good value, doesn't look as good as last season, granted he is not long back.

Suppose so, looking at my team, I think I have spent too much on my midfield which is impacting on the rest of my team not that I'm doing badly, currently have A young, Ronaldo, Lampard, Fabregas and Ireland. May get rid of Cesc.

Bit of a mixed bag after the United game. I lost a bit of points at the back with Evra's injury but Ronaldo as my captain gets me 16 points.

I'm after using my transfer already to bring Zaki back in. Wigan's next few fixtures look promising and I reckon his value will continue to soar so I felt I had to act quickly.

Ronnie as captain and zaki was the bulk of that. Still undefeated in my head to head 8-0 which is tasty cos I clipped the guy in second this week.

Glad to see ade was't handed bonus points for nothing two weeks in a row.

That is bonkers alright. I had Valencia on the bench and was well pleased with that decision but it turns out if he'd played I would have picked up around 4 points I think. Crazy stuff. Zaki should have got bonus points without a doubt.

Anybody think that Rooney can sustain his form?

I got a massive 82 points so far this week. Im comming 615th out of 1.6 million people for this weeks scores :cool: and still have two players to play. Bellamy and Ireland. i had Zaki, Lampard and Rooney as captain. My goalkeeper and all my defenders kept clean sheets!

heres hoping either wright phillips or best hope di michelle dont play tomorrow zaki is my first sub to come in. Im on a pretty average 43. I seem to be failing to reach the heights I did last year when everything i did seemed to work. Anyone know how bad is evras injury? Brought him in this week for kolo toure...i thought id made a masterstroke when I seen toure taken off....:cool:

On Evra's injury, according to Sky Sports:

Ferguson also confirmed that Patrice Evra is a doubt for the Celtic game after going off with a tight hamstring.

I'd say he'll miss the CL game.

G'wan Delap my son! He ought to get a bonus point as well but you'd never know with this bonus system.

I was hoping for a better Hammers result, 56 points -though Zaki not getting any bonus was criminal - with Ireland and SWP to play tomorrow.

Hoping for a Newcastle hammering tomorrow (sorry Charlie - just need the points!) so I think finishing the week on 65 is a reasonable target.

I can't complain about leaving Delap on the bench as is was a toss-up between leaving Zaki or him on the bench and they both scored 10.

My gamble to play 2 liverpool defenders backfired though having said that, my other option was to bring in Brown :rolleyes:

On the plus side though, Wes Brown didn't play so Zaki will come in for him so not a total disaster of a week. 43 pts. so far with SWP (c) and Ireland still to play. Hopefully Newcastle get a thumping tonight!

That's what's really interesting about the head to head I think. I'm currently 3rd in mine, should go 2nd tonight with a slim possibility of 1st, and I'm ahead of five players with greater total points than me. The top 6 in our league are on 5 wins and 2 losses, and the head of our league is about to lose to last place tonight provided SWP doesn't get carded and miss a penalty or something.

If it weren't for the head to head I'd probably have lost heart by now, rooted, as I am, to the bottom half of most of my leagues (even the 2 man league I'm in!) and coming 506th in the boards league!

I'll still be top as my points difference is still about 80 points ahead of everyone else in the league.
