Ireland and Cahill not playing worked out quite well for me with Melchiot (8) and Figueroa (6) coming in with 14 points.

A total of 49 points this week, if only I didnt transfer out Van Peirse for Rooney it would have been a fantastic week!

thank fcuk ireland and bridge weren't playing. Murphy and hangeland in for a much needed 18 points. A rival mate also had gerrard as capt. A 38 point swing on my captain ronnie. That just can't happen again.

17th in boards now and top of the rest of my leagues including head to head. Climbed steadily since christmas. Thought matty taylor as captain was a great move untill gerrard ran riot. Though im not complaining one bit there

Was a very up and down weekend. Brought in RVPand SWP. By Saturday evening I was 30-16 up vs my rival. We have been picking the same captain for about 4 weeks and we have very similar teams so its the captain choice that will decide our league. He had Gerrard Captain and I had Ronaldo. :rolleyes:

no zaki so another (at best) 10-player week for me thanks to having bosingwa, zaki, ireland and hamann in the squad. 56 points with ronaldo and davies to play though so it could be worse.

Zaki's doomed. Bruce described him as "the most unprofessional player I have ever worked with" this week. Zaki and Mido also not getting on. I'd be surprised if he played for Wigan again.

Late injuries to Ireland and Nasri meant I only had 10 players available (Bosingwa and C. Cole also out) but I bagged a healthy 77 points.

Ronaldo (C) and Osman (12 points) did well, but Olsson and Figueroa both scored zero so my points came from 8 players.
