    Never heard of it!

    ....... maybe I should have ... I dont know.

    But as a general rule I would say stay clear and look at Cisco of CISSP - Can't go wrong with any of those.

    They offer great certifications but they are not even in the same league as CCIE: Security

    They are a different league altogether and extremely well recognised. They also deal with ethics etc etc as a security professional which is a usual requirement of the field

    Fortinet are another brand of firewall etc.. I have one in my job. They are excellent and very user friendly. But when I get around to doing the security side of things it'll be the Cisco route, they are far better known than the above.
