    What desktop / server environment are you using?
    Where are you hosting the media files?
    How many podcasts are you going to create a month/year?
    More info is needed to help answer the question.

    This google search result will have the answer you are looking for but as I said, it depends on what exactly you are looking to do with your podcast.

    the best all in one solution that is essentially a podcast CMS is loudblog

    it's PHP based, RSS feeds really easy to get up and running, easily customisable , intergrates with i-tunes very easily , complete download stats etc and even has a web based flash player.

    everything you need and then some really.
