    Three doctors discussing their countries medical achievements,

    Israili doctor says we can take a kidney out of one man and put it in another, and he will be up and looking for work in six months.

    English doctor says we can take a lung out of one man and put in another, and he will be up and looking for work in five months.

    Irish doctor says we can take an areshole out of Offaly and make it head of government, and the whole country will be out looking for work in three months.
