Month on / Month off parking

    To me this is outrageous. This text is from a property website for an apartment for sale in Dublin city centre.
    Parking is allocated by the management company on a month on month off basis as there are 10 car parking spaces for 22 apartments. Each apartment has the use of a car parking space for six months out of every year.

    What are you supposed to do for the other 6 months?

    Interested to hear what ye think about this.
