Does anyone buy from Irish "Gadget" websites?

I wanted to buy some gadgets this morning. Not sure what, but I decided to do a search for Irish Gadget websites.

I found a website called SpyStore.ie. There was an interesting gadget there called a Wireless PC Lock. Essentially it is a dongle that plugs into your laptop and a small receiver that you keep in your pocket. If the receiver goes more than two metres away from your pc then it automatically locks the computer.

The price or the gadget is €64.99 including vat and delivery (http://www.spystore.ie/pc-security.htm).

I then decided to compare this price with other online retailers. I put the words Wireless PC Security Lock into google, and immediately found the product for less than 30 dollars. Fair enough, it is an american website etc.

I then searched ebay for the same item. I immediately found it on ebay for £4.95 (plus £5 for delivery to Ireland).

I have bought a number of items on Ebay from the UK and normally they arrive within 3 or 4 days.

Why would anyone pay the amounts that the irish websites are quoting?

The price difference is criminal alright but it just goes to show that some people don't do the research before buying, otherwise these guys wouldn't be selling any?

    Anyway,

Why not just download this free App. that makes any USB key do the same thing?
