Over the last few days I have been thinking, would The Nocturnal Forum be better as a more exclusive forum. Not too exclusive, just have a means of letting decent posters into the forum. I know a few posters are on the same level as me about a more secret forum. Now here's my proposal(I sound all business:D like ruined it…
