    im looking to get a new tattoo a portrait of a horse on my shoulder something along the lines of the horse on the left side in this, maybe a little different

    the artist i went to for my last 2 tattoos wouldnt be good enough to even attempt this so i was wondering does anyone know an artist that could do this justice
