Good Quads and ITB Stretches?

    Very tight right Quad and ITB at the mo, anyone got any good stretches they could share?

    I got them in Julys' CPlus mag. Actually I knew them before, but they're also in the mag. Searching t'internet.....

    Get yourself a foam roller.

    They're brilliant for the ITB.

    A Rolling pin !!!! :eek:

    It's bad enough with the foam roller.Apparently the IT band has a huge amount of nerve endings and that's why it hurts so much, but I havent' found anything better for loosening my body than a foam roller so I can live with it.

    If you have a scout about you might find them cheaper from the US, but postage costs probably negate any price difference.
