Hi, Any know if its possible to get these fresh anywhere or do they only come in a can here? Theyre in lots of Thai and chinese cooking and I love them.

Never seen straw mushrooms fresh, only ever in cans, and that includes many a visit to Chinatown in London.

Aldi and Lidl have some dried Chinese mushrooms... they don't specify type though.
