    As with the other forums I moderate, I will only step if necessary when people act inappropriately. Beyond that, I don't intend on shaping or guiding any of the discussion on here and will only worry about keeping the disagreements civil and courteous. I'd like to have to do nothing except remove the odd spammer. Means less work for me. ;)
