Is it possible to pay prsi by making personel contributions while in college. I have been in college a year now and going back in september. I am a Mature Student and have worked 10 years prior to going back, i was self employed and payed all My S class stamps, which i found out to be worthless. I have tryed social welfare for BTEC with no avail. So can i pay my own PRSI, I am peeoff paying top rate for everything,, full wack for doctors, dentests and everything else.
