Hi all! We have been experiencing an issue on site where threads have been missing the latest postings. The platform host Vanilla are working on this issue. A workaround that has been used by some is to navigate back from 1 to 10+ pages to re-sync the thread and this will then show the latest posts. Thanks, Mike.

    Hi

Could anyone point me in the direction of getting the income multiple (ie. annual earnings v cost of house) for Dublin over the past 30 years or so?

It might be easier if you get the two datasets and do the calculation yourself. The CSO certainly have national income statistics going back thirty years. Their website can be difficult to navigate though so you can use the Penn World Tables if you're stuck.

The Central Bank record house prices, too, I think, so have a gander on their website. If you can't find them, send an email their way.

All of the stockbrokers have house price data - if you are a customer of one you may get some data from them.
