Bought in the local Aldi store 3 weeks ago.
It's stopped working-no power (and it's not the plug fuse!)

    I have the receipt.

If I bring it back to the store tomorrow-am I entitled to a working replacement or a refund or what?

Thanks in advance for the replies or experiences posted :)

Replacement, repair or refund at the stores descretion.

Replacement, repair or refund at the stores descretion.

You're entitled to one of the three Rs: Repair, replace, refund.

Generally, Aldi appear to be good at dealing with customer complaints.

Go in and ask for a refund since it is only 3 weeks old. They will probably give it to you handily enough.

I had a problem with an item that wasnt really their fault and they refunded me. They seem to be pretty sound about it (and i had the pakaging ruined :o)
