What to do with A mango?

I have one mango that needs using. Have lots of ideas of what to do with more than one mango including salsa, chutney etc. but just one?

Any thoughts?

i a mango in some yogurt+ cereal

you could get some oj and more yogurt and more fruit and make a smoothie?

or chop it up on top of some kind of rice dish?

(i am not a cook. i just really like mangos:D)

Simply eat it......All you need to do is peel the skin & cut it up and eat it. I'd love one now.

Make some mango sorbet?

Ooh, chop up the mango, fry/grill some chicken, make a green salad with some balsamic vinegrette, and mix all of the above. Mango chicken suprise.

The suprise is for your own adlib. May I suggest grilled sunflower seeds:)

Squeeze a bit of lime juice over it and eat.:P

Lime juice, Tequila and Cointreau - Margrita desert:P

or

Salsa; Mango,Spring Onion, Cherry tomato, garlic, chilli,salt, a little sugar, lime juice, lots of fresh coriander, little dash of Tequila/Gin/Vodka.
Chop everything fairly small.
Best ever salsa:P
