    The upstream is seriously slow at the moment and has been for the past hour or so.

    Hovering around 10kbps - yes ten!

    (downstream approx 700kbps)

    With 3, I get a constant 2mb/ps apart from 19:00 - 21:00.

    Ping always around 110ms.
