Thats what I call it.
My grandfather didnt die in Flanders fields so I would have to keep things private!
My grandfather didnt die in Flanders fields at all, he died in lurgan but if he had been older and joined the army and been killed in the war he wouldnt have done it for that

1k will be no problem. Don't sweat it.
I ran 2.5 km last night and it nearly killed me! I worked out that to run 5km in half an hour i would need to run at 10km per hour, so i set the treadmill. 10km an hour is FAST! I nearly died after 7 minutes... :mad:

LOL seriously tho... i find running on treadmills odd... seems a lot faster than it really is or something. Don't be too disheartened by it
