Hi folks not realy a noctrnal being as i live my life between 6 am and 10 pm (tidy little commute problem on my hands) but seeing as i'm up late i said i'd say hello to all you creaturesof the night that suffer so much from lack of sun and gain so much more from the stars!

Hi all I suffer from hypernychthemeral syndrome which means my days last about 25 hours rather than 24 so I'm really a part time time nocturnal. The thing that sucks is that you can cure it with melatonin but it's hard to obtain in Europe. Not like it bothers me much now cause I'm self employed so the time of the day I work doesn't matter and I have no social life.

Really, I don't know anyone in Ireland
