Hi all! We have been experiencing an issue on site where threads have been missing the latest postings. The platform host Vanilla are working on this issue. A workaround that has been used by some is to navigate back from 1 to 10+ pages to re-sync the thread and this will then show the latest posts. Thanks, Mike.

    Cracking idea this, makes me feel normal (well...)

    I'm quite new to boards in general and this is my first time reading through the nocturnal forum. I'm not working at the moment so the sleeping pattern is something along the lines of 6am-2pm. Keep trying to get back into more conventional hours but then I end up watching a film and reading forums and it goes out the window.

    I am unsure of these surroundings, although I have tried to prepare, I am still cautious.
    I may remain silent for awhile, watching, waiting, learning.

    By horrid day, I must endure the trappings of "normal" existence, but by glorious night, I prefer to go out into the darkness, so perhaps, I shall post very little.

    The darkness is almost here, I must get prepared.

    If I may make a request?
    I shall return upon the early morn, pre 6am, and I shall appeal for a Noc Title. I wonder, how best to submit an audition, considering my lack of history within the community?


    BTW - I jest, do not take what I say too seriously......

    I'm not technically nocturnal as I work in a very boring and "normal" 9-5 (actually it's 8:30 - 5:30 bastids!) but all my colleagues call me strange and weird so that qualifies me as a noc right?

    Strange and wierd does it for me. Ignore the muffled screams coming from the basement. They don't know what pain really is......yet.
