I find that I have to adjust my body clock back to the accepted 'norm' one hour at a time ... so try just going to bed one hour earlier each night and getting up one hour earlier each day :cool:

(Unfortunately, I tend to slip back :rolleyes:)

I think exercise earlier in the day, is meant to make getting to sleep earlier a lot easier (not something my lazy ass knows out of experience mind).

My body clock seems to run at 25-26 hours, so my sleeping times are always revolving forward an hour or so each night. Even if I can get to bed an hour earlier, nothing will make me sleep an hour early; so, especially since I'm self-employed and have no need for a set-cycle, I've grown to live with it

I do plan to get more regular exercise soon though, so will see how that helps!

Yeah, for some reason I think it's fine to post random updates on boards, and yet I think twitter and facebook status' are a total waste of time!

I think it's easier to say stuff like that to strangers. You won't regret it.
