Seven Stars and the Solar year

Can anyone help identify the following? Not sure where I heard or read it but it's in my brain and refuses to leave. It's something similar to this: I am the owner of the spheres, the seven stars and the solar year, Of Caesars hand and Plato's brain, Our saviours heart and Shakespears stain. I can't have imagined this...…
