im guessing its starting and finishing at the RSC so my guess is start with a lap of RSC
    manor st
    parnell st
    the mall
    newtown
    dunmore road
    outer ring road
    towards williamstown golf club
    through ballindud roundabout
    through tramore road roundabout
    through carriganard roundabout
    cork road holy cross roundabout
    past woodlawn grove
    ballybeg
    finish with lap of RSC

    thats roughly 10 miles

    http://www.wlrfm.com/index.php?option=com_content&task=view&id=14319&Itemid=1

says at the end of this page that it starts and finishes at wlr,

id guess the route that sungod went with is about right just a different start and finish area.
