    Yup , searched posts from user in afterhours , there is a limit of 500 posts when searching.

    A bit of both, if you've been a naughty boy/girl and someone reports your post, it gets filed there to be dealt with/studiously ignored by the appropriate mod. If you rat out a naughty boy/girl your post goes there for the same treatment :)
