Help needed- Credit Card

    I have a Mastercard goldcard from AIB for the last 10 years as part of a group scheme. I have had no problems with it and automatically pay off 50% at the end of the month.
    I have a number of direct debits paid through the CC account
    They recently sent me a new card (June) and charged me the 100 euro for this year.

    Now they want to close the account ( end of this month)as they no longer want to provide the card. They have offered to provide me with a platinum card.

    However I dont want to as I have to contact all the direct debit accounts and have to arrange for the new card its a right PITA- is there anything I can do?

    Sadly no.

    But you would have had to update many of them anyway, since the new card (from June) would have had a different expiry date.
