T90si - Pull Cord

Well folks, I have a problem with my Triton t90si; basically the pull cord is not working, when i pull down on it nothing happens...... its not clicking into the on position at all, Any help appreciated

you need to replqace the pullcord, there a 45amp double pole type. these often go faulty due to the ammount of use they get. untill its fixed ied recomend switching off the mains to the shower at the rcbo in the fuse board. ive seen a few burnt pullcords in the last while that would suggest to me that this is a good idea.
