Karate in Ballina

    Hi Folks,
    I wonder if anybody could tell me if there is a Karate club in the Ballina/Killala region. I am thinking of moving there soon and I would like to continue training.

    There is karate in Ballina every Wednesday aswell as kickboxing. I'm planning on starting it this coming Wednesday as I only found out about it this evening.

    I run the Karate classes in Ballina. You are more than welcome to come along.
    They are in the Ballina Stephenites GAA Club

    Itosu-Kai Karate and Kobudo 7 - 8:30
    Haedong Kumdo (Korean Sword art) 8:30 - 9
    Adult Fitness and Self Defence 9 - 10.
