    I have noticed a lot of posters who are not banned posting there but I can't seem too? Is access restriced and what are the restrictions? Can a subscriber post there?

    Only certain mods and a couple of chosen people can post there.

    Arbitrary: friend of admin, well known, highly entertaining poster, someone got drunk and allowed them access.
