Eircom charge for going over download limit?

In the the almost 3 years I've been with Eircom broadband I have not gone over my download limit once but due to some unfortunate coincidences it looks like a possibility this month. Do Eircom still not charge for going over your limit or am I possibly looking at an inflated bill?
