Mirror's Edge is really interesting looking. Gears 2 looks unreal, the E3 demo was amazing.

Stick far cry 2 in and take splinter cell conviction and Mirrors edge out. There's no definite release date for them. Also Mercs 2 is coming out late August early September.

Yes, it's a big season for the 360, unfortunately I won't have much time to play them...

It's set to be another expensive winter! I'll probably still be playing Soul Calibur IV and Lego Batman, maybe I'll hold off until Christmas. Things could change when I see them on the shelves

I did say late sept to early nov in my post. Just generalised with october.

I was travelling up until last march so never picked up an Xbox controller til then (first thing I bought when I came home). With all these videos of Gears 2 around I went and bought Gears 1. I'm just making my way through the drilling/mining factory with all the scampery little bad guys climbing the walls and ****. Have to say, it's excellent.

Dying for Gears 2 now even though I'm not even halfway through the first one.

I want to like Dead Space and I'm really trying to, as there seems to be a bit of a buzz about it, but I just can't! I hate the character's helmet design - just think it's retarded and can't get past it. How are you meant to connect to a character wearing a lit-up bucket?

Splinter Cell: Conviction has beeen pushed back till next year.

Autumn is always big for games. I'm still trying to finish some of the ones I picked up last year! I suppose I should be grateful my Xbox is broken now and not in time for when Gears of War II comes out.

Realistically, there will be a few disappointments in that bunch - Call of Duty:World at War, I'm loooking at you!

The Force Unleashed looks promising but I bet it will be decidedly average.

I have to say - I'm just playing through Gears 1 and every level I do makes me more excited about Gear 2. I was late to the gears scene and I'm actually glad I'm playing it now because I'll not have to wait long to get my teeth into another one.

Hold your horses there billy, you're not on the moon yet. TFU on the Wii might not use the Wii motion plus so it might not be 1:1 lightsabre action, which I think was everyones first thought when they saw the Wii.
