Every time I do the "Find more posts by this poster" I always get a message saying to wait.
This forum requires that you wait 10 seconds between searches. Please try again in 9 seconds.

    Sometimes it even says
This forum requires that you wait 10 seconds between searches. Please try again in 12 seconds.

I have to try it 3 or 4 times (after waiting the time of course) before it will do the search.

    Me :)

I dont keep track of where I posted stuff as I usually respond to stuff I see on the front page. So I search my own posts to see if people have answered me.

Even using the buttom instead of finger tapping it still does it on me.

I even hear it on the sound of the laptop as a double click

I hear the double click as well.

Are you doing it too soon after opening a thread?

Try doing nothing for 20 seconds first - don't touch anything and see is it the same.

Well I tried that and still no dice.. Tis a weird one, I have slowed down the double click rate settings but still no joy.

As i said only happens on laptop, with ordinary mouse there is no prob...

Weird alright. Maybe the pad is double clicking when it should be single clicking.

Yeah but it does it with the buttons as well and never on any other feature on boards or any other website I have used (was gonna say come across there, thought better of it)

Just Press F5 once the time to wait has passed.

Or right click and select open in new Tab.

CuLT doesnt care... and kicks ducks when he walks in the park
