Rent in St. Johns Wood, London?

Hi all, Just a quick question, my gf is going to the London School of economics in September and is looking for a place to rent. She has found a place in St. Johns Wood but it seems very low for the area, £800 pcm for a 2 bedroom apartment. Does anyone know what the average price is? Does this sound too low? On top of that…

Hi all,

On top of that has anyone gone to the LSE or lived nearby and recommend any good areas?
