    Not to upset the BEST shooting forum Boards.ie and the admins.
    But......
    I'm also looking for other (not as GOOD as Boards.ie) centerfire forums.
    I have a CZ 22lr Style rifle and was thinking of going up to a CZ 223 Kevlar Varmint.
    Also down the line a bit I may get something in 308.
    Any good forum links????

    Y'know clive, this sort of thing is generally looked upon poorly in forums, being as it is, the equivalent of going to the mother-in-law's house for dinner, spitting out a mouthful of the main course on the table and asking if there are any GOOD places to eat nearby...

    Sorry for the poor teasting post, no offence ment.
    Have you eaten at my Mother-In-Laws or is that You have eaten at my Mother-in-laws. Only woman that would deep fry fillet steak, till crisp 'n burnt.

    Perhaps the wrong choice of words there Mother-in-law was only buired yesterday in Glasnevin.

    www.airgunbbs.com/forums and go to rimfire/centerfire/shotguns. Thats a UK one, use a search engine like google and type in centerfire forum, and you'll find more US ones.
    Lets face it, Ireland is a small country with a small shooting community, in comparison to US and UK. I'm sure they're pool of knowledge surpasses ours just a little?? and anything learned on those sites can in turn be passed on here. Surely it doesn't hurt this forum to have members looking at other forums?

    Many thanks for all your kind words.
    She may not have been the best cook by a long shot but she was a good mother-in-law to me. I've been here in Ireland for 34 years now, from Harlow in Essex but please don't hold that against me, and she looked after me and her little girl well.

    I'm all for competition, but to continue the metaphor, this is trying to put up your advertising on your competitor's wall. It's rather rude.
