    Hi Folks,
    I have a 2.5Gb QuickTime file, 720p DVCpro, using a Panasonic camera.
In QuickTime and Final Cut, the screen is blank and only the audio plays.
In Adobe Premier, I get a "codec missing or unavailable" error message before importing.

    Any ideas?

Quicktime/FCP: you don't have the dvcpro hd codec installed.

Premier: was that on a windows machine... if so there is no dvcpro hd quicktime codec available

Sorry, should have said - I'm on a Mac.
I have already downloaded the codec from here:
    http://www.apple.com/support/downloads/dvcprohdcomponents.html
    That's the correct codec, yeah?
