Ive 102,000km /60,000 miles on my 05 2.0Tdi altea and im wondering what distance does it need to do until i change the timing belt. I have heard that its 60/3years from one dealer and 80 /4years from another...

If in doubt I'd get it changed. VAG TDi engines are usually 60k miles afaik.

cheers lads.. Booked for tuesday, I'm reluctant to drive it till then.. esp after reading your experience Limerick dude. sounds like an expensive day out..
