It's absolutely fantastic! Used to do it more when I lived at home and had Sky in the room, but still do it occasionally. Kinda wondering if my parents don't care about me though, because they never questioned my mental health when I did it? Meh, maybe they just 'get' it. Weekend in bed = deadly.

I've never done it. I'd get too restless.

I don't think it would be that unhealthy, though. Unless you spend it masturbating furiously, which the OP almost certainly did.

That is the purpose of the porn. To soothe and relax.

What a waste of your life. I can't stay more than 12 hours in bed unless I'm really sick. And it's very rare I'd manage more than 10. I'd feel like I was missing out. Also, you're stuck in work for the week, when the weekend comes I wanna do something exciting and interesting with my time.

Nope, makes me feel too scruffy. I'm a lazy person but seriously, a whole weekend in bed? I don't particularly enjoy eating in bed either, its way too messy. I'd also feel like I was missing out on life too.

Doesn't count if you did just because you were sick or had some lovely fleshy company with you. I'm talking about a weekend in bed just cos you are very very very lazy?

Broke my leg on Friday and have hence had to spend the weekend in bed. I know its outside of the bounds of the thread you started, but i am feeling sorry for myself e.g. sending text messages and emails to random people i haven't seen in ages going "how are you, oh btw i broke my leg". They don't want to know about it, you don't want to know about it, but damn-it i do feel sorry for myself :)

Well I honestly believe that cutting yourself off from society from a Friday afternoon to Monday morning cannot be good for your mental health.

Sometimes to preserve one's sanity its not a bad idea to cut yourself off from society - an odd day or two :D
