Hi all! We have been experiencing an issue on site where threads have been missing the latest postings. The platform host Vanilla are working on this issue. A workaround that has been used by some is to navigate back from 1 to 10+ pages to re-sync the thread and this will then show the latest posts. Thanks, Mike.

Speeding Ticket issued to Company Name

    Hi

I got caught speeding lately (ops!) - I duely paid up but had the payment returned to me saying the ticket was made out to a company. It's a new car which I registered online earlier in the year. I don't remember the exact details at the time - but looking at the Motor Tax application form provided by the garage - I see my full name in the Surname/Company Name box as opposed to split out in the First Name and Surname/Company Name boxes.

Just wondering if anybody has had a similiar experience? Could this be just cause to make the ticket invalid. A summons would be issued to a company that doesn't exist!
