    Hi guys, anybody know some good tricks for treating recurring saddle sores (rider not horse!)

    y'ouch. Is it chafing thats the problem... and err whereabouts?

    Anti-chafing cream would probably help.

    Ouch!

    As fits suggested, anti-chaffing cream might help. However, as with all problems like this, the old adage, 'prevention is better than cure', springs to mind here. It might appear a little odd to ask, but what clothes are you riding in? Jeans can cause chaffing, as can ill-fitting/badly made jodhpurs. A day or two off might help, but obviously it depends on your situation.
