There was a small flock of white birds, my guess is doves, but it's so odd to see. there is one confused pigeon in there with them :D

Yup, apart from the up to €3k fine (big sign on your right), best not to feed them for a few reasons:
    • unnatural
    • working pier with real danger of someone falling in
    • proximity to water users, they've nudged small craft and nipped at the feet of swimmers
    • risk of injury due to grabbing fish from lines and getting hooks snagged in their mouths

Fishing out there last year reelin in a fish and my mate went to grab the fish and nearly lost his hand big seal came under the fish and grabbed it bout half a foot out of water and hit the boat no fear of humans reason is from people feeding them so that's the reason sorry for going off topic

Lovely bird DA - a mate of mine came across a HH that was living wild for few months near Casement aerdrome having escaped from her owner. He's a falconer himself but it took a while to capture her. Eventually he managed to net her after she had put on an enormous amount of weight having stuffed her face with Magpies and rabbits which she caught herself. Despite trying on various falconry forums and the the NPWS, he never found the orginal owner but she's doin just great in her new home and himself is delighted with her. She's very affectionate too, though does enjoy intimidating the smaller falcons in his stable;)
