Hi guys, Just a quick question, what should a reference from a landlord to a new landlord say?? Good tenants, rent paid on time that kind of stuff? Thanks

Yep bascially: time you spent (x date to y date), No breakages, rent paid on time, generally looked after the place etc.

Normally they look for a payslip, and a work reference too and a photo id
