Hi all! We have been experiencing an issue on site where threads have been missing the latest postings. The platform host Vanilla are working on this issue. A workaround that has been used by some is to navigate back a page or two to re-sync the thread and this will then show latest posts. Thanks, Mike.

Both bands are offshoots of The Darkness. Hot Leg is Justin Hawkins project, Stone Gods is Dan Hawkins'. I listened to the E.P. by Stone Gods and while its ok it didn't really grab me. However I do prefer Hot Leg as Justin's music is more fun to listen to and its not as self conscious I guess, or trying to be cool in effect. Also I think its just better written. The new song Heroes is pretty cool. Do it in the Dark, Gay in the Eighties and America are all really really good and imo are a lot more interesting than Burn the Witch. Its a real shame that they split because undoubtedly with their talents combined they could be really good again.
