Hi all! We have been experiencing an issue on site where threads have been missing the latest postings. The platform host Vanilla are working on this issue. A workaround that has been used by some is to navigate back from 1 to 10+ pages to re-sync the thread and this will then show the latest posts. Thanks, Mike.

I was told today that if you walk into any McDonald's and say "Ba da ba ba ba" to any staff member they have to respond, "I'm loving it".

A few of us went through a drive through tonight and said it to the girl giving us our food, she went ballistic and refused to give us our food, she literally turned into a crazy biatch. It was hilarious and even a bit scary - any one else hear this?

I'm thinking of writing a strongly worded letter of complaint after the verbal abuse I recieved, but if thats the reaction I'll get everytime I say it I mightn't bother.

When I'm torturing Mickey D's employees, I usually go for the classic- "Do you want fries with that?"... pisses em right off!

My mate used the "Can I get a career with that?" one day. Employee refused to serve. Epic lulz! :D

I really McDoubt that they'd actually have to give a McReply such as that. It would be McFunny if they did though. Not to mention McHumiliating.

It's completely up to the store manager afaik.

Some of them enforce it, others could care less. Regardless, her reaction wasn't warranted so go back and throw bricks through the windows.

One of my McMates said he heard it on 98FM, they got some guy on the phone to go into a McDonalds and say it... I think she had an idea about it anyway.

It's a good way to get customers. People will go into McDonalds especially to say "ba da ba ba" to the staff.

Do you honestly think so? I'd be epicly mortified to do it - both for being a total spa who spouts jingles at people and for effectively belittling people in their place of work.

  • Registered Users, Registered Users 2 Posts: 5,534 ✭✭✭Dman001

I wouldn't do it but I'm sure they would be a few people who would do it.

That explains a lot. my room mate this year worked at McDs and I'd do that to him when he came home - he'd just tell me: "Shut-Up-Jon."

Just go in with a BK Whopper, put it on the counter and ask for some Mcfries, a Mcdrink and Mcketchup to go with your Mcwhopper.

A bit of variaty doesn't harm anyone.
