Hi all! We have been experiencing an issue on site where threads have been missing the latest postings. The platform host Vanilla are working on this issue. A workaround that has been used by some is to navigate back from 1 to 10+ pages to re-sync the thread and this will then show the latest posts. Thanks, Mike.

You can't get legal advise here.

If you weren't in your probation period then contact a solicitor, if you were then it's pointless.

You cannot get legal advice of any kind here, and that includes recommending a solicitor as far as I know.

Try the citizens advice website. Or you can just call into a Trade Union office, they are usually good to offer advice and have plenty of experience in dealing with wrongfull dismissals, and labour disputes. I don't think you need to be a member to get advice from them.
