Hi all! We have been experiencing an issue on site where threads have been missing the latest postings. The platform host Vanilla are working on this issue. A workaround that has been used by some is to navigate back from 1 to 10+ pages to re-sync the thread and this will then show the latest posts. Thanks, Mike.

    Hi all,

    Having a little but if drama at the moment. :p
    I have to close on a house I'm buying as the lease is running out where I'm renting.:rolleyes:

    All snags are completed, except one. :)
    Can I get the solicitor to put a clause in the closing documents or is it stupid to transfer the money before this is finished.:confused::confused:
    It's just to fix the handle of the front door.
    It locks fine, its just loose.

    Thoughts / comments?

    Ask your solicitor? That's what you're paying him/her for.
