    Just a tip - never do that. Makes someone else's reply(ies) look silly.

    If its the same website you have attempted to plug already, then no :p

    Anyway, there are many sites doing this.

    Back on topic.

    Autoport is 95.9 and 92.9 IIRC.

    Discount Fuels seems to be a "Festive Offer" rather then a general one? I filled up there today as I was paying by cash.

    Amber is the 92.7 for both I think.

    No change in Tesco or Topaz. Maxol same as Topaz.

    Autoport had both petrol and diesel at 90.9 this morning

    82p in Eniskillen today.

    Does that make the North cheaper for fuel now too.

    Well done Brian Lenihan on the extra 8c duty. Now you're driving more people up north, with your "It is no less than a call to patriotic action"

    89.1p in Newry today. In fairness though, that's the Texaco really close to the border.

    Lets keep it to Waterford only folks.

    Sorry, is Dungarvan not in Waterford? Probably not in the guys from the city, Newry is probably closer.

    What?

    Roanmore went country and western on the previous page and mentioned Dungarvan :eek: ;)

    This is a Waterford City forum. Posts in this forum are about Waterford City. This topic is about cheap petrol in Waterford City. Though, its grand posting prices outside of the City but inside Waterford County.

    So, lets keep the prices to Waterford only. Posting prices up the North or near the border (or anyother city outside of Waterford) is off topic and nothing to do with the thread at hand. :D

    Hope that clarifies things. Poor Mike seems all worried ;)

    How do Maxol and co get away with it? Everyone must know the Autoport is only another 1.5 km up the road.

    Maxol usually take a while but match the price of Topaz. Just takes them a bit longer. Perhaps its something to do with the popularity of each station. Iv seen Topaz get refilled at night and new prices usually set the next day. But in general, no idea why they cant offer it as cheap tbh.

    Only two stations seemed to have raised their prices and thats Topaz and Maxol (well, I think Top and the quieter stations on the Cork Road increased also). Everbody else seems to have stayed the same.

    Petrol in Tesco was 93.9 and Disel 92.9. Also, Tesco Petrol is no longer open 24hours. Its now open closing at Midnight and opening at 6am seven days a week.

    Topaz I think is 96.9 (maybe 97.9 but around that mark) as is Maxol who seem to match the price Topaz trade at.

    Not sure of other stations but last time I looked they were around the same as posted here a while back.

    Amber , Lisduggan 94.7 unleaded/93.7 Diesel

  • Moderators, Regional South East Moderators Posts: 9,075 Mod ✭✭✭✭Aquos76

    Texaco F/B also raised their prices. They are now 98.9 for Unleaded and 97.9 for diesel I think. Top across the road are 93.9 and 92.9. First time in a very long thim, top is cheaper than texaco.

    Okay slight increase in some stations.. Cant recall the exact prices as I only had a quick look as I seeked a cheap station for petrol but there nearly correct. :)

    Tesco is 93.9/96.9
    Park Sevice Station 93.9.
    Amber is 95.7/94.2 as is Cleayboy service station.

    1. Its not updated as regularly as this page.
    2. It's not as easy to find your local prices.
    3. A whole raft of Monaghan/Offaly/Donegal etc prices is irrelevant to us in Waterford.

    was driving to clonmel the other day and seen the above price of diesel at 86.9,but when i was coming back i seen on the other side of the sign that diesel was 96.9,so me thinks its an error on the other part of the sign.
    anyone get diesel out there lately,just to know the real price of diesel

    Back to crazy prices and with 5c extra tax on diesel (with reports of stations ripping people off even more on all prices) I think its time we got back into reporting petrol prices around the city! I have a few to restart this thread;

    Tesco (was very busy):: 99.9/98.9
    Topaz Ardkeen:: 103.9/99.9
    Park Service station:: 103.9/99.9
    Topaz Manor St:: 106.9/101.9

    Didn't go out any further, but I think Topaz Cork Road was the same. Thats all I know anyway!
