Does George Bush have any close relatives in Ireland?

There should be no 'anywhere in Limerick' option, how about just plain Limerick City! Ok not a town as such, but with the amount of scum living there, and large parts of it resembling Baghdad, a good nuking would sort a lot of that out. I was tempted to say Newcastle West, but its a little too near me for my own safety :D

The following towns should not be in the poll, certainly not amongst the country's 20 biggest holes: Kilmallock, Kilkenny, Mitchelstown, Enniskerry.

Kilmallock shouldnt have been in there with the "Limerick" option admittedly but I thought Enniskerry was a hole myself. And the other 2 seem to have enough votes to justify them been there.

Maybe this should be done in the Dublin forum but with different areas in the city (Cushlawn in Tallaght etc). Would 20 options be enough there I wonder? ;)

Wexford town, it's got to be the most depressing town in Ireland.....even on a nice day it's dull and dingy......pity cause the rest of the county seems ok...just not the town

I know I'm in the minority but Kilkenny....for being seriously overrated. What qualifies this as a city? What is mideval about it? The place is seriously overrated and full of alcholoics. you can't blame them mind you, there is absolutely nothing to do there except get sloshed.

and i am an unfortunate local.

    My condolences.

An 'orrible kip alright. Still, both Tommy Tiernan and Dylan Moran came from the place- so laughter can be found in anything. It's not what's IN Navan that makes it depressing, but what isn't. It's just.....boring?

Arklow is another dive I see mentioned....remember a trip there as a young lad, and not being too impressed at all. Again not so much 'dirty' as dull. Completely, out and out, 100% dull.

I recently stopped for petrol in Dundalk and it was a pretty grim spot.

I remember staying a night in Arklow as a child and going to a really nice seafood restaurant and really enjoying the food.

    Ballymena should be razed.

    :D

    Anywhere in Limerick
    59
    13.02%

Hmm...they're only on 13.2% the way I'm looking at it :pac:

For those of you who think everyone on Dublin is on drugs, I suppose that boat full of cocaine that capsized in Howth last year is all the proof you need...oh wait, that was Munster too.

Culchies come up here to do their shopping/watch their 'lads' play stickfight in our stadiums and then vanish back into the green country. If they hate it so much, stay at home and let Biddy come up to play Winning Streak on her own.

Culchies came here, "Took ar' jaaaabs"- moved into our suburbs and decided they could fly their strange flags out of their windows every summer....and then criticize us for giving them employment/a reason to live/whatever else

    Which inferiority complex is that?

Btw PrivateEye, Croke Park is the headquarters of the association of
our national games, and not Dublin's home ground.
I am unfortunate in that the only jobs I am qualified to do nearby are in Dublin so
necessity dictates I spend a lot of time there. But live in Dublin - never.

I'm just saying that the news these days seems to be full of unfortunate
